The Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgery team at Tulane treats a variety of injuries and disorders related to the foot and ankle.  This would include degenerative conditions, trauma, and athletic injuries.  Some examples would be bunions, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, flat feet, Achilles tendon ruptures, and fractures.  We specialize in conservative and operative treatment of these conditions.  We are also involved in the advancement of cutting edge procedures such as ankle arthroscopy and total ankle replacement.  Not only do we strive to perfect traditional treatment methods for foot and ankle conditions, but are also involved in developing new techniques for improving patient outcomes, function, and satisfaction.
